Refunds will only be issued if your permit application is denied specifically due to the nature of the training provided through Concealed Qualify First. In the event a refund is granted, the associated training certificate will be rendered invalid and cannot be used for future submissions.

Please note that refunds for any other reason — including personal preference, changes in eligibility, or withdrawal from the process — will not be available.
